MIAN: property search on the web and on mobile

MIAN combines the mian.uz website with mobile apps for finding property. I’m Shukhrat Bayakhmedov, and I independently built its backend and iOS and Android apps from scratch. I also created the project’s YouTube channel, videos, Reels and posts.

From a search to a property

A property search can start with a typed description or a spoken request. MIAN supports these through AI search. The map helps users explore where properties are located, while listings provide information about individual options.

Accounts and favourites complete this flow: users can save listings that interest them and return to them. The website and apps for both mobile platforms provide ways to explore the product.

My development contribution

I independently developed the complete backend, iOS app and Android app from scratch. My work covered the server side and both mobile products. This case presents the main user journeys alongside material from the real project.

Videos and project material

Alongside development, I created the MIAN YouTube channel and project content: videos, Reels and posts. The links below lead to the channel and Instagram account. The case visuals include real website and app screens, public channel banners and three covers from published Instagram content.

The MIAN video presentation shows search filters and property cards. Users can explore listings, refine their criteria and return to options that interest them.
